About Kheerganga Trek
Kheerganga Trek is one of the most opted trekking destinations in Himachal Pradesh. The trek takes you to the height of almost 2950 kilometres. Some points to keep in mind
If you are the first-time of the treks, make sure to be prepared in advance. Involve yourself in some physical activities like exercising, running, etc, to improve your stamina. Because Kheerganga Trek can cause you fatigue otherwise.
Though it is always advised to carry enough and be prepared but for treks at high-altitudes, it is highly advised to keep your baggage light because it can be tiring to carry that. Be smart while packing!
Internet connectivity can be almost null at the time you reach Kheerganga so it is better to inform your relatives to not be worried if they cannot contact you.
As you will dip in the hot water of Parvati kund, it is better to carry extra trekking clothes.
Don’t forget to carry energy bars and protein drinks as your energy supplements during the trek.

Sketch Itinerary - Kasol Kheerganga Trek
Day 1- Arrival in Kasol
Reach campsite in Kasol. Check-in to your allotted camp and freshen up.
Head towards the local cafes and stroll around the market in Kasol.
Come back and relish your dinner along the bonfire with some soothing music and dance.
Day 2 - Kasol- Barshaini- trek to Kheerganga
Wake up to one of the striking sights in Kasol.
Have your energising breakfast and head towards the trek and reach the starting point in Barshaini.
Start your trek to Kheerganga with the guide. The trek is about 12 kilometre and takes 4 to 5 hours to reach the final point. The beautiful sights during the trek would fill you with utmost pleasure and surprise.
Witness the amazing Rudra Naag waterfall and Shiva temple.
Reach the final point at the camp. Relax and spend your evening in leaser.
Have dinner and overnight stay at Kheerganga camp.
Day 3- Kheerganga- Barshaini Trek- Back to Kasol
Have breakfast and get ready to dip in the hot water spring of Parvati River.
Start with your trek back to Barshaini.
Reach Kasol and you can stroll around the local market and get some amazing souvenirs.
Collect your luggage and transfer to Kasol to mark the end of the trip with some beautiful memories. Accommodation
